The clients approached Build4U to construct their new home, after working closely with Build4U on a number of commercial fitouts. After seeing the quality of work that Build4U consistently provided as well as the professional attitude throughout, the clients wanted something open and stylish with sleek modern lines and were eager for Build4U to deliver.

Located in Noosa, the client had outgrown their original home and approached Build4U with a custom architecturally designed new home to maximise the living space with a large open kitchen, breakfast and dining area that used big stacker doors/windows to open into the large covered recreation area and the media room.

This allowed for the client to take advantage of both outdoor and indoor living and entertainment areas that could be adjusted to suit a quiet dinner or a large family gathering.

The house consists of 4 Bedrooms 2 ½ bathrooms, with open plan living area, Media Room fitted with colour changing LED lights and a large covered recreation area.

The sleek lines continued with villaboard accents on all the custom cabinetry, in the bathrooms and kitchen.
The large merbau beams with the timber ceiling for the outside areas, keep the natural look and the large servery kitchen window makes for easy entertaining.

With Build4U liaising with the client at every step of the build allowed for the project to be delivered efficiently.
